About us

Carlos Hilado Memorial State College (CHMSC) is a public, state-owned college, the maincampus of which is in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. It provides highertechnological, professional and vocational instruction and training in science, agriculture and industrial fields, as well as short-term or vocational courses. It is notable for being the only state college in the province of Negros Occidental.
